All products are shipped from our US warehouse and partner warehouses overseas. Shipping times vary depending on your country of residence.

Order Processing Times

Once your order is placed, please allow for 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch it. An order is considered dispatched when it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is on its way to your desired address. Please note that during peak times and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times
The estimated delivery time for your package will depend on your location and begins once your order has been dispatched to the carrier. Here are the estimated delivery times according to your country of residence:

  • United States: 4-9 business days
  • Europe and Asia:   4-9 business days
  • Rest of the World: 5-14 business days


Please note that during peak times and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays in transit time and tracking updates, which are outside of our control. Additionally, for international shipments, customs delays may occur and extend the overall delivery timeframe.


Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
It's crucial that you provide accurate and complete shipping details at checkout to avoid delays or order cancellations. If our system detects an issue with your address, our customer support team will reach out to you within 3 business days of placing your order to verify the details. If we don't receive a response within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

If you realize there's an error in your shipping details, please email us at support@estessi.com within 2 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee they will be possible after this timeframe.

If you make changes directly with our shipping partner or 3rd party carrier (including address changes, rescheduling or collections) we are unable to respond for any delays, cancellations or lost packages. We will do our best to liase with the courier company and assist with making a claim but we cannot provide a refund or replacement if this occurs.


Delayed Delivery
We understand the importance of timely deliveries and strive to dispatch orders promptly. However, external factors such as courier delays, severe weather conditions, or transportation disruptions can sometimes cause delays. In such cases, we will work diligently with the courier to expedite delivery.

Other unforeseen circumstances like product availability issues, address verification problems, or payment processing delays can also affect the processing or shipment of your order. We will notify you promptly if we encounter any such issues.

Please note that Estessi is not liable for delays caused by external factors, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Rest assured, we will keep you informed on the status of your order and provide assistance to resolve any issues that may arise.


Lost or Stolen Packages
Experiencing lost or stolen packages can be frustrating, but once the package is handed over to the courier, it is beyond our control. In case of a lost or stolen package, please contact us at support@estessi.com, and we will assist you to the best of our ability.

We recommend that you also contact the courier company directly to file a claim. The courier company may require additional information from you to complete the claims process. While Estessi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will liaise with the courier company to follow up on the claim and provide updates.

If the package is not found or delivered, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation. In some cases, the courier company may be able to locate the package and deliver it to you. If the package is not found, we recommend that you file a police report.
