Cancellation Policy
Please be advised that any modifications or cancellations to an order must be done within 24 hours of placing it. Beyond this window, we may not be able to accommodate your request as the order would have progressed to the processing stage. Should you cancel your order within the 24 hour timeframe, expect your refund to be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We meticulously package our products to prevent damage during transit. An item is considered damaged if it's defective or physically broken. Damage incurred to packaging, such as dented boxes with the product intact, is not classified as damage.

Should your item arrive damaged, please report it to us within 72 hours of delivery. Email us at support@estessi.com with clear images of the damage, and we'll assess your eligibility for a cost-free replacement. Note that we do not refund, replace, nor accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.


Shipping and Delivery
We strive for prompt order delivery but cannot be held accountable for shipping or delivery delays beyond our control, including those due to courier services, public holidays, customs, or unforeseen shipping complications. Should you face any delivery-related issues, please contact the respective courier directly for assistance. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
